Educational leaders might
use blogs to compliment their data collection toolbox. Through coursework, aspiring practitioners
learn the value of data in reshaping campus improvement. Weblogs serve as an interactive strategy for
practitioners to “capture their thinking as inquiry unfolds” (Dana, 2009, p.
87) in an authentic way which in turn encourages insightful collaboration from
others through virtual feedback. In keeping with the 21st Century classroom, Weblogs can benefit teachers and students as well.

I love your quote. It is so inspiring. Something so small can be so powerful.
